  2. ScreeningThe team reviews experience, qualifications, availability, and department fit.
  3. Technical EvaluationAviation, role-specific, instructional, operational, or functional capability is assessed.
  4. InterviewShortlisted candidates meet department leaders and recruitment stakeholders.
  5. Management ReviewFinal fit, compensation, notice period, and operational requirements are reviewed.
  6. Offer LetterSelected candidates receive an offer and joining plan.
  7. OnboardingNew team members enter orientation, documentation, and department integration.
