Refund terms may vary depending on the course, stage of training, payment plan, and services already delivered.

Refunds may not be available for registration fees, administrative processing, completed counselling, classes already attended, flight hours already flown, simulator sessions already completed, study material already issued, third-party payments, regulatory fees, or accommodation bookings.

Flight training may be affected by weather, aircraft maintenance, air traffic restrictions, instructor availability, regulatory requirements, airport operations, student attendance, student performance, medical delays, or documentation delays.

Ekas Flight Academy will make reasonable efforts to maintain training continuity but does not guarantee a fixed completion date unless specifically agreed in writing.

Students are expected to maintain professional behaviour at all times.

Students must follow academy rules, instructor instructions, safety procedures, aircraft handling rules, classroom discipline, simulator rules, campus policies, attendance requirements, anti-harassment standards, and drug and alcohol restrictions.

Violation of conduct standards may result in warning, suspension, termination, or reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

Aviation training is safety-sensitive.

Students must comply with all safety instructions issued by instructors, staff, airport authorities, and regulatory bodies.

The academy may deny training access if a student is considered unfit, unsafe, non-compliant, or in violation of safety procedures.

Students are responsible for obtaining and maintaining required aviation medical certification.

Failure to obtain or renew medical certification may delay or prevent training continuation, licence progression, or course completion.

Ekas Flight Academy does not guarantee medical approval.

The academy may provide career guidance, airline preparation, interview support, resume guidance, and aviation career counselling.

Completion of training does not guarantee airline job, type rating sponsorship, placement, salary level, international employment, visa approval, licence conversion, or airline interview selection.

Employment depends on student performance, licence status, industry demand, airline hiring policies, medical fitness, and regulatory requirements.

All website content, including text, images, videos, graphics, course material, design, branding, icons, documents, and downloadable resources, belongs to Ekas Flight Academy or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
