- Verify DGCA approval language before publishing claims.
- Replace placeholder instructor hours with signed/verified records.
- Upload real aircraft, simulator, campus, instructor, and student images.
- Configure ADMISSIONS_EMAIL and CRM_WEBHOOK_URL in environment settings.
- Test lead response workflow, WhatsApp, brochure, campus tour, and counselling forms.
- Review all fee ranges and exclusions before public launch.
