Sukumar Srinivasan was born in Varichetty Palayam, a village in the Trichy district of Tamil Nadu, into an orthodox Hindu Chettiar family. His father was an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer, and his mother was a homemaker. He grew up with his three sisters.He completed his schooling at Madras Christian College Higher Secondary School in Chennai, followed by his bachelor’s degree from the University of Madras. He later obtained his Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), India, through the Madras Flying Club.Sukumar began his professional journey as a commercial pilot with a private airline in India. During his flying career, he also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from SSI, Chennai. At the age of 26, he moved to the United Kingdom and began working as an IT Consultant.After a year in the UK, he moved to the United States, where he worked as an ERP Consultant. Following several years of consulting experience in the US, he returned to Europe to work with HP’s Centre of Excellence (CoE). During this period, he lived and worked between Germany and Switzerland, including the Black Forest region.After five years with HP, Sukumar returned to the United Kingdom on an Investor Visa. In 2005, he launched his first business venture and has since been involved in a range of industries, including data centres, free classifieds platforms, edtech, dot-com businesses, real estate, and property ventures.He currently lives in Kensington, Westminster, Central London, with his wife and two daughters.Sukumar is a teetotaller, an avid reader, and a committed practitioner of yoga. He is also passionate about travelling and has visited more than 100 countries.Sukumar represented Reform Party in the May 7th local Elections representing the Bayswater constituency in Westminster and lost by few hundred votesHe intends to represent Reform party from Westminster in the upcoming national Parliamentary elections and his working tirelessly in taking the Reform parties manifesto to the Public at a grassroots level
